If a user requests a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will process the refund after deducting 5% as processing fees.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days from the approval date.

Our subscriptions are non-recurring. Users will not be auto-charged after the subscription period ends.

Users may choose not to extend their subscription once it expires. No cancellation is needed for non-renewal.

All purchased subscriptions remain active until the end of their term, regardless of usage.

Users can extend their subscription anytime before or after expiry by purchasing a new plan.

When extending an active subscription, the new period will be added to the remaining duration of the current subscription.
