1.1 Personal Credentials: Full name, registered email address, phone number, encrypted authentication tokens, and profile photo when provided voluntarily during registration.

1.2 Academic Profile: Target entrance exams (JEE Main, NEET, MHT-CET, DSE), target engineering branches, college preferences, and current year of study.

1.3 CBT Test Performance Analytics: Test scores, question attempt timestamps, speed-per-question metrics, accuracy percentiles, and bookmarked questions.

1.4 Billing Records: Transaction IDs, plan purchase dates, and billing contact details processed securely through certified gateway providers (Razorpay/Stripe). We never store raw credit/debit card numbers.

1.5 Location (State & District): The state and, in Maharashtra, the district you choose, used for cutoff predictions and regional exam alerts. We do not collect your device's precise GPS location.

1.6 Questions & Photos for Ask AI: The questions you type and any photo you take or pick to attach. Photos are sent for answering and are not stored; your conversation text is saved to your account so you can reopen it.

1.7 Content You Post: Messages in the Live Arena public chat and notes you share on the Community Calendar are visible to other students, along with your display name.

1.8 Sign-in Details: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.

1.9 Feedback & Reports: Feedback, ratings, content reports and account deletion requests you send from the website or app.

• Deliver Platform Services: Provide adaptive mock test series, calculate state percentile rankings, and deliver instant doubt solving solutions.

• Personalized Learning Insights: Generate weak-area diagnostics, topic revision recommendations, and score improvement projections.

• Account Administration: Manage login sessions, verify identity, process subscription receipts, and send vital exam deadline alerts.

• Security & Fraud Prevention: Detect concurrent session abuse, unauthorized account access, and preserve system integrity.

• Authorized Service Infrastructure: We share data strictly with audited cloud hosting (Supabase, AWS), database providers, and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways necessary to run TestWizer.

• AI Answers: Questions and photos you send to Ask AI are processed by Google's Gemini service solely to generate the answer, under Google's API data terms.

• No Third-Party Marketing Sales: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade student personal records with commercial advertisers.

• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Disclosures are made only if required by applicable Indian laws, court orders, or governmental law enforcement agencies.

• We utilize essential session cookies and browser LocalStorage to preserve your test progress, dark/light theme preferences, and authenticated sessions.

• You can modify your browser settings to decline cookies, though certain interactive testing features and automatic resume capabilities may be limited.

• All communications between your device and our cloud servers are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS 256-bit protocols.

• Passwords and authorization keys are stored using irreversible cryptographic salt hashing.

• Internal database access is strictly restricted through role-based access control (RBAC) and logged with automated security audits.

• Access & Export: You may request a machine-readable copy of your personal records and test attempt history.

• Correction & Updates: Update your profile, exam targets, and contact information directly in your student dashboard.

• Permanent Erasure: Request permanent account and data deletion via our dedicated Account Deletion Page, or from the Account Deletion screen in the TestWizer app.

• Reporting & Blocking: Every public chat message, shared note and AI answer has a report option; our team reviews reports within 24 hours and removes content that breaks our rules. You can also block another student, which hides their posts on your device.

• TestWizer is designed for secondary, higher secondary (10+2), and college students preparing for competitive entrance examinations.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age. If a child under 13 has registered without parental authorization, please contact us for immediate data purging.

• We periodically review and update this Privacy Policy to reflect technological upgrades and statutory changes. Any modifications take effect upon publication with updated timestamp metadata.
