You'll be charged upfront at the beginning of your subscription period. Our plans are non-recurring, so you won't be automatically billed again. You can extend your subscription manually before or after it expires.
Since subscriptions are prepaid and non-recurring, there is no cancellation needed. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your chosen plan's duration.
If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. A 5% processing fee will be deducted, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
You can extend your subscription anytime before or after expiry by purchasing a new plan. When extending an active subscription, the new period will be added to your remaining duration.
