Data Removal Scope
Detailed breakdown of records purged upon approval and legal retention boundaries.
Permanently Deleted Records
- Authentication & Identity: Email address, encrypted password hash, and social login credentials.
- Test Attempts & Scores: All submitted CBT exam attempts, question responses, speed metrics, and rank history.
- Points & Rewards: Accumulation of TW Points, leaderboard rankings, badges, and streaks.
- Saved Items: Bookmarked questions, generated notes, and personalized study bookmarks.
Temporary Regulatory Retention
- Billing & Invoices: Payment transaction receipts (Razorpay/Stripe invoice logs) are retained for up to 30 days for statutory tax and accounting audits.
- Security Logs: Basic IP and audit timestamps associated with the deletion request itself are archived to prevent fraudulent unauthorized requests.
Notice: Once deletion is processed, account recovery is not possible. All unused premium days or subscriptions are permanently forfeited.
