TestWizer is committed to providing accurate, reliable educational content. We recognize that despite our rigorous review processes, errors may occasionally occur. This Corrections Policy outlines how we handle error reports, make corrections, and maintain transparency with our users.

    1. Our Commitment to Accuracy

Accuracy is fundamental to educational content. When students rely on our materials to prepare for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET, they need to trust that the information is correct. We take this responsibility seriously and have established clear procedures for identifying and correcting errors promptly.

We encourage our communityβ€”students, educators, and parentsβ€”to report any errors they discover. Every report helps us improve our content and better serve all learners.

    2. Types of Corrections

We categorize corrections based on their nature and impact:

    2.1 Critical Corrections

These involve errors that could significantly impact a student's understanding or exam preparation:

    • Incorrect answers in mock tests or practice questions
    • Wrong formulas, equations, or scientific constants
    • Factually incorrect information about exam patterns or syllabi
    • Errors in problem solutions or explanations

Response Time: Critical corrections are addressed within 24 hours of verification.

    2.2 Standard Corrections

These involve errors that, while important, don't critically impact learning:

    • Typographical errors in content
    • Minor inaccuracies in dates or statistics
    • Outdated information that doesn't affect core concepts
    • Formatting or display issues

Response Time: Standard corrections are addressed within 48-72 hours.

    2.3 Clarifications

Sometimes content may be technically accurate but unclear or potentially misleading:

    • Ambiguous explanations that could be misinterpreted
    • Content that needs additional context
    • Concepts that require clearer presentation

Response Time: Clarifications are made within one week.

    3. How to Report Errors

We provide multiple channels for reporting errors:

    3.1 In-App Feedback

Use the feedback button available on each page or question to report errors directly. This is the fastest way to reach our content team as it includes the exact location of the issue.

    3.2 Email

Send detailed error reports to corrections@testwizer.com. Please include:

    • The specific URL or location of the error
    • A description of the error

    • Supporting references or sources (optional but helpful)

    3.3 Contact Form

Use our Contact Page to submit correction requests through our web form.

    4. Correction Process

When we receive an error report, we follow a structured process:

    2. Verification: Our subject matter experts verify the reported error
    3. Assessment: We determine the severity and scope of the error
    4. Correction: The error is corrected by our content team
    5. Review: The correction is reviewed by an editor
    6. Publication: The corrected content is published
    7. Notification: The reporter is notified (if contact information was provided)

    5. Transparency in Corrections

We believe in transparent correction practices:

    • Correction Notes: Significant corrections in articles and blogs will include a note explaining what was changed
    • Update Timestamps: All content displays the last updated date
    • Version History: For major study materials, we maintain version history when applicable
    • No Silent Changes: We do not make significant changes to content without acknowledgment

    6. Test & Question Corrections

For mock tests and practice questions, we have special procedures:

    • Immediate Action: If a question has an incorrect answer, we correct it immediately upon verification
    • Score Adjustments: When an error affects scoring, we may adjust scores for affected students
    • Notification: Students who attempted affected questions may be notified of the correction
    • Prevention: We use the error as a learning opportunity to prevent similar issues
