The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released a public notice bringing great relief to many students. 🧑‍🎓 An additional Common Entrance Test will be conducted for admissions to undergraduate courses including Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), and Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) for the academic year 2025-26.

This decision comes after the initial online CET for these courses was conducted between April 29, 2025, and April 30, 2025, with the results being declared on June 04, 2025.

According to the notice dated June 6, 2025, many candidates, parents, and institutions had reached out to the CET Cell through in-person visits, emails, and phone calls. They requested another examination opportunity as some students were unable to appear for the test during the scheduled dates.

Considering the academic future of these students, the government has granted permission to the State CET Cell to organize an additional entrance examination.
