The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released an important notice bringing relief to many students across the state. An additional CET will be conducted for admissions to undergraduate degree courses in BCA, BBA, BMS, and BBM for the academic year 2025-26.
This decision comes after the CET Cell received numerous requests from students, parents, and institutions. Many candidates were unable to appear for the original CET held between April 29, 2025, and April 30, 2025. The results for the first exam were declared on June 04, 2025.
Considering the academic interests of the students, the government has approved conducting this extra entrance test.
Who is eligible for this additional CET?

Students who could not take the exam held between April 29 and April 30, 2025.

Students who appeared for the exam during that period but want another opportunity to improve their score.
A key point for students taking the exam again is that the best of the two percentile scores will be considered for the admission process. These candidates will need to upload their best-scoring percentile scorecard on the system.

Online registration for the MAH-BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM (Additional CET)-2025 has already begun.
Registration Start Date: June 12, 2025
Registration End Date: June 20, 2025
The exact date for the additional entrance examination will be announced in due course.
